Exchanges (if applicable)
If a mailing issue whereby your product is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address and the tracking number shows as delivered, you need to contact the delivery company directly.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If that is the case, send us a photo of the product you received (for quality control purposes). If we need to see the product in person, please use the Return Label that is included with your parcel.
Regarding apparel, contact us if you ordered the wrong size. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs on all exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer returns/refunds as all products are print-on-demand (custom printed).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
